Hello, I’m Sandra.

A bilingual psychotherapist, fluent in English and Spanish, providing mental health services to children, adults, and families through traditional and innovative approaches, navigating life transitions.

My approach uses evidence-based practices focusing on positive changes centered around your individual strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences to cultivate wellness and resilience while navigating the challenges of everyday life.

My goal as a therapist is to help you learn the skills necessary to find the peace and healing necessary to live a healthy, happy life.

Finding the right therapist to work with can be difficult. Connection is important, to me and my clients. I offer a free 15 minute consultation, to make sure we will work well together.
